If you already have a Blogger account, you can go to http://audioblogger.com to enable audio posting. (You'll receive a "welcome to audioblogging" e-mail at the account associated with your blog; open it before you try to post audio.) Quick & easy.
If you don't have a Blogger account, you'd have to establish one to use their service.
Alternatively, you could use some other method to record your audio, then just link to the clips, like a podcast.
